Voice-led relocation guide · Dubai
You've never lived here. It has.
Arriving somewhere new, nobody knows which district they want, which tower is tired, or which advert is lying. Newly Landed talks it through, walks the city on a map while it explains it, finds places that fit — and checks over anything handed to it by a colleague, a landlord or an agent.
Lake View · 2 bathrooms · Fully upgraded
No photo taken from inside the unit shows any lake, water or marina.
Ad states 2 bathrooms; only one is shown anywhere in the gallery.
Unlet 161 days, already reduced 10%. There is room to negotiate.
What it does
Orientation, search and a second opinion — in one conversation.
Guided tours of the areas
Talks through the districts while the map flies between them and draws each boundary — who actually lives there, what a Friday night is like, the honest downside, what it costs. Built for someone who has never been.
From a conversation, not a filter form
It asks how you live — commute, gym, cooking, quiet or sociable — then goes and digs. Reads the photographs room by room and prices each flat against its own building. Then walks you round the shortlist on the map.
Any listing, any source
Read it a link a colleague sent, or one an agent is pushing. It pulls the full gallery, prices it against comparable flats, and verifies the broker's BRN and the permit with Dubai Land Department. The second opinion nobody gives you.
Who it's for
Two ways it gets used.
Your consultant, with the hours back
Destination-services consultants spend hours per assignee trawling portals, then viewing places that turn out to be wrong. This does the trawl in a minute and the scepticism automatically — white-labelled, so the consultant keeps the relationship and the credit. Home search, without the searching.
An agent who is on your side
Nobody in the process is paid to tell you what is wrong with a flat. This one is not selling you anything: it argues back, tells you what it screens for before you ask, and says plainly when a place is priced above its own building. Advice without a commission attached.
For relocation teams
Built to sit inside your service, not replace it.
Your brand, your consultants
Arrives as your tool, under your name — app, voice and area tours all carrying your brand. Your consultant keeps the relationship and the credit; the trawling and the scepticism happen underneath.
No lock-in on the AI
The reasoning, the voice and the photo analysis are each swappable. Run it on your own API keys and your own contracts if you'd rather.
Nothing resold, nothing shared
Assignee briefs and conversations are never pooled, never sold on, and never used to train anything. Listing data comes from portals' own published feeds. No owner or landlord personal data, ever — agent contacts only as the listing publishes them.
Hosted, or on your infrastructure
Run it hosted as a web app and a native iOS and Android build, or deploy the whole thing inside your own environment.
The dataset
Sourced from the portals' own published feeds, within their terms, and refreshed daily. Listings go stale quickly — every one is re-checked before it reaches a client. Anything brought in from outside the dataset is pulled live at the moment you ask.
On your phone
Install it in about ten seconds. No store, no account.
It runs as a web app that installs to your home screen, with its own icon, full screen, and microphone — the same on iPhone and Android. That means no download, no update to chase, and one tap from the link we send you.
Safari → Share → Add to Home Screen
Open the link in Safari — not the browser inside WhatsApp or LinkedIn, which Apple blocks from using the microphone. Tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. Allow the microphone the first time it asks.
Chrome → Install app
Open the link in Chrome and take the Install app prompt when it appears, or Menu → Add to Home screen. It behaves like any other installed app from then on.
Native builds are on the roadmap for firms whose IT teams require store distribution or mobile device management. The installable version above is the same product and is available today.
Early access
See it tour the city, then catch a listing out.
Fifteen minutes, run live against real Dubai listings — bring a real assignee brief and watch it work. Relocation firms and corporate mobility teams first.
